Aquadrop is committed to delivering safe, effective, and eco-friendly laundry solutions. If you face an issue with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact
- Products must not show signs of leakage, tampering, or use
- Manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof
- Proof of purchase is mandatory
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used detergents are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Refund Process
Initiating a Request
Email anmplindore@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Contact details
- Reason for return
- Supporting images or videos
Review & Approval
- Requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours
- Aquadrop reserves the right to request additional verification if required
Refund Method
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment by Aquadrop
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used packs
- Products without original packaging
- Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to Aquadrop’s error or a manufacturing defect, return shipping will be covered by us
- For all other reasons, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted and the return policy applies

Aquadrop reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
