At Aquadrop, we ensure every order is handled with care and delivered responsibly, in line with our commitment to safer, cleaner, and more sustainable laundry solutions.

Delivery Coverage

Aquadrop delivers across most serviceable locations within India through reliable logistics partners who follow industry-standard handling practices suitable for household and cleaning products.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order value and delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional campaigns and will be clearly communicated on the website or at checkout.
  • All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Each Aquadrop pack is checked for quality, packaging integrity, and accurate labeling before dispatch.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or peak sale periods.
  • Aquadrop shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS once the order is shipped.
  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delivery & Package Inspection

  • Please ensure accurate delivery address and contact details are provided.
  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it and notify our support team immediately.
  • Any delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt along with clear photographs or an unboxing video.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery may be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • In such cases, re-shipping or refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
  • Aquadrop reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers with repeated RTO cases.
  • We do not accept returns on any products once the sale has been completed.
